A spell of fresh snowfall has cheered both locals and tourists in Shimla on 11 February 2009, Himachal Pradesh. Shimla on Wednesday presented a picturesque look with houses, roads, trees and plants all covered by a blanket of white snow. Cold wave conditions have revived in Himachal Pradesh following a fresh spell of heavy snow in high-altitude areas
